Wir suchen wir einen vielseitigen und passionierten Design Director (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in den Bereichen Branding, Brand Identity und Communication. Mit einem hohen Maß an handwerklichem Können, starken Ideen und konzeptionellem Denken leitest du dein Team selbstsicher durch alle Phasen eines Designprojekts – von der Konzeption bis zur Realisierung. Du führst ein Portfolio an unterschiedlichen Kunden, von Global Playern bis zu lokalen Start-ups.

Du hast ein ganzheitliches Markenverständnis, lässt globale Trends in die Markenentwicklung mit einfließen und verantwortest die kreative Leitung für dein Team
Entwickelst und implementierst neue innovative Konzepte, steuerst den kreativen Prozess und behältst dabei die Realisierbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Auge
Förderst dein Team, erkennst Entwicklungspotentiale und setzt Impulse
Baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und führst Etats eigenständig und souverän
Organisierst und moderierst Workshop
Erstellst und präsentierst interne sowie externe Präsentationen

Was Du mitbringst

8 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Designer (vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in FMCG & Communication / Campaign Design)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite
Besondere Stärken in Strategie und Konzeption sowie globaler Markenführung
Erfahrung in Mitarbeiter- und Teamführung
Sicherheit im Umgang mit und in der Betreuung von Kunden
Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamgeist, um die täglichen Herausforderungen erfolgreich anzugehen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
Ein Portfolio, das dein kreatives Talent in verschiedenen Projekten hervorhebt

Your Tasks

We are looking for a versatile and passionate Design Director (m/f/d) with experience in the areas of branding, brand identity and communication. With a high level of craftsmanship, strong ideas and conceptual thinking, you will confidently lead your team through all phases of a design project - from conception to realization. You will manage a portfolio of different clients, from global players to local start-ups.

You have a holistic understanding of the brand, incorporate global trends into brand development and are responsible for the creative direction of your team
Develops and implements new innovative concepts, manages the creative process while keeping an eye on feasibility and profitability
Promote your team, recognize development potential and set impulses
Build customer relationships and manage budgets independently and confidently
Organizes and leads workshops
Creates internal and external presentations

Our Expectations

8 years of professional experience as a designer (preferably with experience in FMCG)
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Particular strengths in strategy and conception as well as global brand management
Leadership experience of international teams
Confidence in dealing with and looking after customers
Enthusiasm and team spirit to successfully tackle daily challenges
Professional language skills in German and/or English
A portfolio that highlights your creative talent in various projects
