For the position of Brand Director, we are looking for experienced brand leaders who, as Unit Heads (20+ employees), will work together with the teams to contribute to the long-term success of Roman Klis and further expand it sustainably.
Your profile ideally offers
- A completed university degree – preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Brand Management
- Several years of experience (+8 years) in brand development, brand management, and brand communication, particularly in the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as holistic thinking
- Proven leadership experience with an empathetic and supportive leadership style
- Experience in talent development and nurturing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as confident negotiation abilities
- Fluency in German and English
