Senior Designer (m/w/d) 
Branding · Packaging · Campaign Design
Focus: Saudi Arabia & Arabic-sprachigen Markt

mit tiefem kulturellem Verständnis sowie fundierten Marktkenntnissen in der MENA-Region.

Du denkst Marken ganzheitlich – von der strategischen Positionierung über visuelle Identität bis hin zu aufmerksamkeitsstarken FMCG-Brand Design und integrierten Kampagnen. Dabei verstehst du die kulturellen
Besonderheiten und ästhetischen Codes der Zielgruppe in Saudi-Arabien und der MENA-Region.
  • Entwicklung starker Designkonzepte mit strategischem und kreativem Impact
  • Gestaltung überzeugender Markenauftritte in den Bereichen Corporate
  • Identity, Packaging, POS, Motion, Digital und Social Media
  • Selbstständige Projektverantwortung sowie fachliche Unterstützung im Team
  • Planung und Steuerung von Designprojekten inklusive Kundenpräsentationen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Co-Creation-Workshops und Fotoshootings
  • Erstellung und Durchführung wirkungsvoller Präsentationen intern und extern
Das bringst Du idealerweise mit
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Fokus auf Branding, Packaging und Campaign-Design
  • Idealerweise tiefgehende Kenntnisse des saudi-arabischen FMCG-Markts
  • Kulturelle Übersetzung globaler Markenbotschaften für die MENA-Region
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Holistic Branding-Konzepten
  • Erfahrung in Packaging Design, Campaign & Motion Design
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von integrierten Markenkampagnen (Digital, POS, Social)
  • Souverän in Präsentationen & Kundenkommunikation
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Arabisch (Muttersprache oder verhandlungssicher), Englisch (verhandlungssicher), Deutsch (wünschenswert)
  • Hohe gestalterische Präzision sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Markenästhetik und Zielgruppenansprache
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen & crossmedialen Anwendungen (Digital, Social Media, POS, Bewegtbild)
  • Sicher in Software der Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), idealerweise auch MotionDesign Erfahrung (After Effects, PremierPro) und Prompting-Kentnisse für MidJourney, ChatGPT und anderen

For our growing focus on the Saudi Arabian market, we are looking for an experienced professional for our Herrenberg and/or Berlin office.

Senior Designer (m/f/d) 
Branding · Packaging · Campaign Design
Focus: Saudi Arabia & Arabic-speaking market

with deep cultural understanding and sound market knowledge of the MENA region.
  • Development of strong design concepts with strategic and creative impact
  • Designing convincing brand appearances in corporate identity, packaging, POS, motion, digital, and social media
  • Independent project responsibility as well as professional support within the team
  • Planning and managing design projects, including client presentations
  • Organizing and accompanying co-creation workshops and photo shoots
  • Creating and delivering impactful presentations, both internally and externally
Your profile ideally offers
  • At least 5 years of professional experience focusing on branding, packaging, and campaign design
  • Ideally, in-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian FMCG market
  • Arabic background or strong cultural awareness
  • Outstanding design skills – especially in brand development, packaging, and campaign design
  • Confident in presentations & client communication
  • Language skills: Arabic (native or fluent), English (fluent), German (desirable)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), ideally with motion
  • Design experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and prompting skills for MidJourney, ChatGPT, and other AI tools
