What awaits You

We are looking for a versatile and passionate Brand Designer FMCG (m/f/d) who thinks and creates brands holistically—from visual identity and FMCG packaging to integrated brand experiences across every touchpoint.

  • Develop holistic brand identities, including corporate identity, packaging, point of sale (POS), digital, and social media
  • Conceptualize and design integrated brand experiences across all touchpoints
  • Create compelling creative concepts and 360° branding solutions as part of a collaborative team
  • Develop and evolve brands through consistent cross-channel execution
  • Present concepts and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and support workshops and photo shoots
  • Create high-quality, professional presentations
  • Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo 3) as part of the creative process
  • Develop and execute motion design concepts

Your profile ideally offers

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in brand design, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with proven experience developing holistic branding and packaging concepts
  • A genuine passion for brand design, packaging, and current design trends, combined with a strong eye for typography, color, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and solid experience working with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or Veo 3
  • Experience in motion design (e.g. Adobe After Effects) is a plus
  • A self-driven, structured, and hands-on working style, with excellent collaboration skills
  • German language proficiency at C1 level or native speaker
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your strategic thinking, conceptual abilities, and outstanding artwork
