Art Director (m/f/d) – Brand & Comms Design

What awaits You

We are looking for a Senior or Mid Art Director (m/f/d) who thinks strategically about brands and develops creative, holistic communication and design solutions for FMCG brands—across all relevant channels, with a focus on 360° holistic brand and communications design.
  • You develop creative communication concepts that convey brand messages clearly and consistently 
  • You design brand experiences across channels—From OOH to social media
  • You translate brand strategies into strong visual ideas 
  • You work closely with the brand strategy team and bring briefs from problem to solution
  • You confidently present concepts and results internally and to clients 
  • You can design workshops, briefings, and supervise junior team members
  • You use AI design tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway to efficiently create communication solutions 
  • You integrate motion design to make brand messages dynamic and engaging

Your profile ideally offers

  • 4-5+ years of experience in communication/design, ideally in FMCG 
  • Strong in concept and design for brand communication 
  • Experience in executing cross-channel campaigns 
  • Confident working with clients and delivering presentations 
  • Solid knowledge of AI-supported design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, VEO 3) 
  • Experience in motion design (e.g., After Effects, Runway, or similar) 
  • Independent, structured way of working and a strong team spirit 
  • Professional level of English.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic, creative, and holistic brand and communications solutions
